As an Integrative Medicine and TCM practitioner, Dr Dalton places a strong emphasis on providing each patient with a personalised treatment plan, which involves understanding and addressing the underlying causes of an acute or chronic condition.

“My integrated approach to treatment has a solid foundation in Western Medical Sciences. I use clinical nutrition and western herbal medicine to supplement my primary therapeutic modalities of Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture and remedial massage.

I’ll recommend a treatment plan for you, which may include several modalities, bundled together, such as acupuncture with remedial massage, or clinical nutrition with Chinese herbal medicine.”

Along with seeing patients receive tailored healthcare, Dr Dalton has also focused her efforts on providing oncology acupuncture services, which aim to help offset the side effects of chemotherapy.

After losing six friends to cancer, Dr Dalton offers these her proactive chemotherapy support services at operational costs, her motivation is to help improve her patient’s quality of life both during and after chemo.

“Cancer is expensive and best quality care shouldn’t be based on whether you can afford it,” she told SBS in an interview. 

“We’re not treating cancer, we’re treating patients going through chemotherapy as acupuncture does offset the side effects of chemotherapy.”
